Our orchards produce different walnut varieties which adapt to each of the productive regions of the country. This allows us to reach the highest quality kernels and shells in the market.

Our mechanic cracking process is design to satisfy the diverse range of requirements of our different customers. We complement a mechanical cracking with manual selection in order to prioritize quality and shelf life of the product.
